A South American company in the kitchen appliance sector commissioned us to develop a range of gas cooktops aimed at customers who value Italian design and high-quality construction.
Design and Technical Solution.
The project required a solution that could combine Italian style, solid construction, and high performance. The range included 4 models, from 2 to 5 burners, designed to meet every cooking need and provide a complete experience for the most demanding users.
Styling and Material Selection.
All models were made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a semi-flush finish for an elegant look. Next-generation Sabaf burners ensure power and precision. Cast iron grates provide stability and durability, while automatic ignition and safety valves offer convenience and protection in daily use.

Kosmo handled all certifications for the Brazilian market, from technical documentation to local regulatory compliance. We supported the client from co-design to production, providing a complete and flexible service. Each cooktop features stop-gas valves and advanced safety systems, ensuring protection and reliability without compromising cooking performance.

2 burners – triple flame burner 4 kW. 4 burners – triple flame 4 kW, two semi-rapid 1.75 kW, and one auxiliary 1 kW. 5 burners (75 cm) – triple flame 4 kW, rapid 3 kW, two semi-rapid 1.75 kW, and auxiliary 1 kW. 5 burners (88 cm) – professional triple flame 5 kW, rapid 3 kW, two semi-rapid 1.75 kW, and auxiliary 1 kW.
